G15-03【副詞子句】 三分鐘學會表達原因的副詞子句！

先前我們介紹過副詞子句的整體應用跟表時間的副詞子句，而副詞子句還有表達原因的，除了使用從屬連接詞because外，還有其他說法唷～這也是許多人沒發現的的重點與細節，所以寫選擇題時沒意會到考點就是考副詞子句概念．因此本文將詳列出表達原因並用來帶領一個副詞子句的從屬連接詞，一起來看看～

表達原因的副詞子句#1 because (不得和so連用！)

E.g.1: Because he managed his time well and worked hard, so he succeeded.  

「因為他時間管理得當，又努力工作，所以成功了．」


E.g.2: Jack feels obliged to go on vacation with his parents because he thinks they need assistance getting around places. (淡江大學111年研究所考試)

「傑克覺得有義務和父母去旅行，因為他覺得他們到處走動需要人幫忙．」


E.g.3: She loves her husband not because he is handsome but because he is down-to-earth and reliable. 

「她愛她老公，不是因為他帥，而是因為他務實又可靠．」

表達原因的副詞子句#2 as 「因為」

E.g.: As she has no car, she can’t get there easily. 

「因為她沒車，所以不能輕易到那裡．」

補充：as還可以表時間，表達「當...」的意思，詳見G15-02【副詞子句】表達時間的副詞子句怎麼用？用法例句全解析, 也可以表讓步，表達「雖然...」之意，詳見G15-04

 

表達原因的副詞子句#3 since 「因為、既然」

E.g.: We decided to go to the beach since it was a nice day. 

「我們決定去海邊，因為天氣好．」

表達原因的副詞子句#4 now (that) 「因為、既然」

E.g.: Now (that) I have my own car, I don’t get as much exercise as I used to. 

「因為我自己有車了，所以沒有像以前一樣運動那麼多．」
 

表達原因的副詞子句#5 in that 「因為」

E.g.: This research is important in that it confirms the link between aggression and alcohol. 

「這研究很重要，因為它證實了攻擊性跟酒精之間的關係．」

 

表達原因的副詞子句#6 seeing (that/as) 「因為、既然」

E.g.: We may as well go to the concert, seeing (that/as) we’ve already paid for the tickets. 

「既然我們已經付錢買票了，最好就去音樂會吧．」
 

總結
算一算總共有6個表達原因的從屬連接詞，只要看熟它們，能夠在閱讀或做選擇題題目時知道它們表達「因為(、既然) 」之意，並帶領一個副詞子句就夠囉～
